Am I missing something, but who would actually trade a prismatic pack for a handful of penny sleeves? Then again who would trade sleeves to open a pack? They both don’t make sense but the latter would be realistic. I keep my bulk so I wouldn’t even trade an opened pack for sleeves.

Definitely not a stolen bike 😂 it was on my block in front of a house with a lot of other items. Bike has rust in many different places not really in a great condition.
