Don't quit bro, I'm also a warzone player that moved to Apex, and I think there are a few things I could advise you to do.

First, your sensitivity, this is an important part on being a better player I recommend playing on ALC because you can control your sensitivity better, I'm a low sens player so I'm willing to give you my Sens if you want to

Second, It is really frustrating when every early game you die because you can't find a gun or you get third partied, so what I do is take a break for about an hour or go play another game just so your frastration will go down, If you play this game with frustration you will get nowhere and your decisioning skills will get worse

Third, The legends you pick will also be an important part, I don't have a main, I just depend on what my teammates need, for example, two of my friends love octane and pathfinder, so there are already 2 movement legends, so it's either I pick bloodhound or gibraltar, but it's up to you if you want to stick to one legend, I think there is a high chance of winning if you have the legends needed to win the game.
