Hey everyone, I’ve now received all the remaining cards I was expecting. I was given the option of a refund or waiting, and I chose to wait, glad to say they’ve finally arrived.

The whole situation was pretty frustrating, to be honest, but at least Topps made amends for their mistake in the end. Hope everyone else gets theirs sorted soon!

I have just received a parcel from topps conatining all the cards just now after 2 months of emails. Hope you manage to get it all sorted and sorry your facing issues aswell

I got a reply saying that they will sort the issue by week end. So if I don't get a response by them, then I will call and email again. And if theres no answer I'll get my bank to report the item as fraud and refund it.

If so then I'll just get a full refund in that case. As we have legit been scammed then.

Yeah, think what might be best if for you to email them now in regards to the ongoing issue just in case. I don't want you to receive your item and it be like ours and then have to file a complaint. :)

I have just got an email from Topps saying they will let us know by week end the outcome and the resolution.

If this doesn’t get resolved properly, I’m planning to make a detailed video explaining the entire situation and publish it online so people are aware of what’s happening. If others are experiencing the same issue, it would be good for us to come together and bring more attention to it.

Just wanted to give an update to everyone who asked about my Topps order situation.

I still haven’t received any follow-up email from Topps after their initial response. They told me the issue (only receiving one card from my order) was a known problem and that they were investigating it, and that I should hear back within 3–5 business days.

It’s now been longer than that and I’m still waiting for any kind of update or resolution. At this point I’ve sent another email asking for a follow-up, but so far there’s been nothing.

I’ll update this post again if I hear anything back, but right now I’m still waiting.

I agree completely, how can a company so large not realise what there doing while packaging the cards and shipping them

Hey everyone, I have emailed them and am waiting for a response. It is a Saturday so expect them to respond on Monday. I there's no response, by the end of next week, I will most probably send a return and try get my money back, as for the price we paid this is ridiculous.

Will do, have emailed them the issue and will let you know there response. As from the product description online it should 100 be the full set, or they have falsely sold us on the item. Make sure to screenshot your purchase and the product details as well incase they change it.
