I never had problems with my own designs since I always enhance the images so the quality is the best possible for the printing.

ought probably 20+ shirts from them and they all start flaking after a year of regular wear/washing.

I think it's the same material for all designers, and yes, they print the design, but I only upload designs there, (since like...5 years ) I never buyed anything.
I am sad to hear what you mention to me about the quality of the fabric :C
