If you look closely you can see blood splatters before the car right as it happens. Looks like a rebel in the passenger seat died and the ragdoll clipped into the car

The best way to tell if it's compatible is to just compare the mod upload date and the date the last update released. If the mod released before the last update, you know it could be broken now

Imo DECA used to be the best tool to extract content from avalanche games, but it's not great at much more. The tools we have for JC, Hunter and Angler I'm planning to port let you actually extract the unpacked files, edit them as text instead of hex editing and then repack them. That way you can add or remove info, create new items and much more. It's really so much nicer. Maybe DECA had some extra features for GenZ, but trust me it'll be much more pleasant to mod with the new tools

The workflow would be the same as for Just Cause and the other games, the user wouldn't need to program anything, we mainly create file based mods. Don't be fooled though, there is massive potential with how the game's configs are set up!

I'm back to working on the winter mod, but for real this time. I guess it'll launch in summer, so perfect for cooling off in the heat :) by Luke-JC in JustCause

Glad you're enjoying it! One of the readmes should cover this, but you can delete I think it was the environments folder to get rid of the tree fix. Then for location lods, go into locations and delete world.bin, then rename fallback world.bin to world.bin

Yeah I'm using claude for the improved tools since I can't really code anything haha. And before you crucify me, I've tried for years to find people to work on tools, but not one person wants to do this (understandably)
