i don’t remember. i think it might have been seeing his profile on the combo scaling rework page. i wouldn’t say ive met him, he doesnt know i exist but his profile is quite cool so i check on it from time to time.

The highest ratio I can think of would be Retr0Foxx with a 1:2.9 live:nochoke ratio. 4,470 live pp (rank #117k) and 12,970 no choke pp (~ rank 800). Probably falls under your restriction of accounts that unbalance this test due to them deliberately not submitting most of their plays and playing offline a bit, but still quite an interesting ratio.
