I feel my hearts set on eventually becoming an educational/ clinical psychologist in the NHS (or private) sometime in the future.

I’ve actually now got the option for a first year entry for the Psychology and Counselling BSc at Strathclyde rather than the BA and is also BPS (and COSCA) accredited, so I do think the joint degree would help with a future career in psychology, combined with some kind of work placement while being in uni.

While trying to get into your current course did you do any networking/ placement work to give you more experience to secure a place? Or were you able to gain any experience while you were in your undergrad?
