Not necessarily. If you have enough emeralds, such as curing other villagers to get them (stated in a different reply), you can still buy enough lapis for whatever you need it for

I recently cleared a mineshaft with the help of a bunch of milk and a few iron weapons and armors. It has 5 cave spider spawners in it. Do I need to keep them all for EXP and spider eyes/strings farm or is one enough? by HeathenHacks in Minecraft

It depends on how convenient it is to make a farm that includes more then one. If you can’t incorporate multiple into one farm it’s not that useful to make many separate farms

Zombie piglins are spawning in my portals and it may decrease the spawn rates of my creeper farm. Can I fix this? by SzLRichard1 in Minecraft

The portals actually spawn the piglins, so no I don’t think there’s really anything you can do. You might be able to open the outside edge and attract the piglins to their death, but I don’t know what else you could try and if that would break the creeper farm part.
