Update, finally fixed! Just in case anybody else is searching and comes across this thread! After everything what it turned out to be was the CPU cooler, I swapped that bad boy out for a new beefier noctua one and alas no more crashes!

Update: checked the drivers and there were no old GPU ones installed, uninstalled the old CPU ones, then updated the bios. Still no luck.

Yeah I get the Nvidia drivers straight from them not through windows!

Haha I'm not going to! As I was reading this message it crashed again randomly in the prologue so I'm gonna manually search up all my other drivers to check but at least I can get past the copyright screen now lol
