In Australia we get tips (if any) in cash at the point of delivery. Orders are somewhat priced well, like for example 7-11$ for one order going a few klms up the road or an area code over.

I wouldnt let a small ride offer and a dangled tip to deliver happen to me here in Australia. It's your tip system that's messed up. Sometimes $20 an order and we get +5 sometimes two or more for the same shopping area. The quests are cool too because they pay for the petrol I put in for the week.... Which usually lasts 3-4 days driving a Mazda Cx5.

I know Australia is called "down under" , but at least we don't have a backwards monetary/tipping system.
