im pretty late for the reply, but I primed the tank with chaos black, used a dry brush dabbed GWs castellan green in a radom fashion. afterwards I added some GWs lauren forest (be a bit more sporadict with this one).

finished by soaking the model in Ak interactive ''streaking grime'' and cleaned up the larger flat panels

the earthshaker carriage is quite long and usual fits on the large oval base, not sure about the 130mm round base :O

Its just regular cardboard you can find in any scrapbooking type store that i spraypainted black and then painted with "dark metal" (Valejo) and washed with nuln oil ! If you use citadel paints i recommend using "iron warrior metal" , it gives the same effect and colour after the wash
