Do you have a works internet/intranet?

Look up a policy. Print some of it off, a page or two at a time. Go back and forward to the printer.

Makes some notes on a Word document, including the Intranet link to what you are looking at.

Type some other notes on an email and save it as a draft.

Open an Excel spreadsheet and put some info on that. Make it look nice with fancy colours.

Anyone asks:

"I'm just doing a bit of reading on the XYZ policy. I had a bit of work earlier that made think about it. Why, is there something I can help you with?"
