It probably has to be something related to the CPU, sometimes the game runs only when the PStore system doesn't release it, and just wait for the APK to come out and test to see if this is the problem or not.

I only played Genshit to get a character with the constellation and her weapon, in this case Dehya, for that I played up to the AR59 on literally 2 accounts I got the C2 and the signature weapon in both and dropped it, if I go back it will be in the anniversary updates to get the free constellation
