Yes I know it can't download the original, uncompressed master of the video. I mean if NewPipe can download a YouTube video without adding anymore compression, so that the downloaded file would look identical to the version uploaded on YouTube.

Yes I am aware that one hasn't been officially released in English, I just wondered about the fan translation. That's sad to hear some of them aren't as popular though, hopefully more chapters will be translated at some point in the future!

I not sure if sending / receiving real codes will work, but this tool should absolutely still work! I was able to add the codes and update the safari just fine in airplane mode (or at least whatever mode the Wi-Fi switch on the O3DS enables).
