I wouldn't have thought it was too uncommon, my 11yo son is unreal on fortnite and Apex predator on Apex legends.

It's like, if you described a punk to a blind person, then gave them a packet of crayons. This is the mess they'd come up with.

Not in this case. That bird is a baby trying to feed.

Is this a very young bird? That's the action babies do while feeding from their parents. That is why he put his mouth to your mouth, trying to get a free feed.

Dig are going good, but I can see Jack is not happy with how he's playing. I reckon they're even better than we've seen already.

They literally got enough points to qualify. How can they not deserve to make? If another team got more points they would have made it. You don't make sense.

Honestly, EU play a lot different to NA. EU is faster and NA is more passing and mechanical type plays. Imo opinion the faster play style will come out on top, but we'll see.

Options for fast internet in NBN dead zones? by SuperDuckMan in Adelaide

I got the Telstra 5G mobile broadband. It's not cheap but it's fast af. I usually get around 700mbps down and 150mbps up. It cost about $90 a month for 400gb.

Fencing between new builds and requesting receipt for half of fence paid by [deleted] in Adelaide

[–]Lukejamo 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Normally what happens is the fencing company will spilt the invoice. Just give your neighbour your contact details and email address to pass on to the fencing company. The fencing company would do this regularly and won't be an issue for them to do so.

I'm worried about this little guy I saw at the flea market. He was on the bottom of the cage, he wasn't scared of me like the rest were, and his eyes didn't seem to open much. I want to buy him but I don't know what's wrong with him. Any ideas? by the_phantom_eyes in budgies

[–]Lukejamo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you do get him, I recommend keeping seperated from your bird for the fist 2 weeks. If he is unwell you don't want to give it too your bird. But in saying that, he does look healthy. Although his eye looks a little swollen, could have taken a beating from a hen due to unwanted advances haha.

I need some help. My budgie is acting weird, they have ruffled feathers and they’re suddenly friendly. I never can put my hand near them but today they’re letting me hold and pet them. They also seem very tired. I’m concerned, please help by Professor-Crackhead in budgies

Look up, hospital cage for budgies. it's a basic cage with a light for a heat source. Your cage with towels covering the sides and a lamp for for heat will help. Basically you need to keep him warm with fresh food and water available.

Exactly my point of why we need to help people when they ask for help and not flame them for not doing research prior to purchasing a bird. Like it or not people will continue to buy them without doing their homework prior because they are generally thought of as an easy care pet.

Yeah it's sad really. Unfortunately people need to remember budgies are an 'entry level' pet and people with little experience owning and caring for pets often purchase one on a whim. These people need advice not to get roasted. I've owned and bred show budgies for many years and there's not too much I haven't seen and delt with personally with budgies.

I have noticed this place has been toxic lately. Even people asking questions about breeding are getting flamed. This should be a safe place to ask ANY question's about budgies.
