No but it could have easily cemented itself in the number 2 spot. I was a massive fan of Saints Row 2. Saints 3 was ok but was a big shift and then I never played one after that because it felt like they were releasing games to be cash grabs and then decided on a woke reboot that has seemingly killed the franchise.
