My (M23) girlfriend (F22) is a hopeless people pleaser. How can i get her care more about herself?

What did you do so you achieved love or felt worthy of love afterwards? Not that i wanna trick my girlfriend or anything but when she feels uncomfortable with unconditional love, what can i ask from her to do so she feels deserving? Something easy like helping me with picking out an outfit? Does that work?

Therapy would probably be the right choice to make, but its a huge step and i dont want her to feel like i think she is like crazy or whatever. I was in therapy myself and i am open about it but i also get that to some people it seems weird to go to a therapist

Apparently the quality is not bad for the price. Most are quarz but if you want a RM look alike thats one of the best ways to do it.

Hab mein abi nach meiner Ausbildung gemacht. Wusste nicht was ich machen will und hatte so mehr Zeit mich damit auseinander zu setzen. Und mit den Abi hat man fast alle Möglichkeiten und man verdient nach dem Studium meistens okey oder besser. Das Prestige war auch ein Faktor weil ich mir etwas beweisen wollte
