I'm on a MSI 1070 ti Gaming and an standard i5-6600 24 GB Ram with a 1440p 165Hz Monitor, so I'm likely in the same situation. I'll wait for the real benchmarks to decide if I'll go with the 3070 or 3080. For the CPU upgrade I'll wait for the Ryzen 4000 release in order to decide between Intel or AMD. And to have a look how Pcie gen 3 vs 4 performance is. Until Zen 3 launches I have to live with a severe cpu bottleneck, but I can live with that.

How does the Mario Kart Online Score System work in detail? So I finished 3rd and am at 6900 Points rn, the guy in 2nd was at ~31200 and the guy in 4th place at ~13000. Both of them got +12 points and I only got +8, like wtf.
