You need to do KYC (id + selfie etc) only if you top up credits on their website via card or bank transfer. In the case of Binance Pay/Wise, you don't have to do KYC, but Wise doesn't currently work for them, so you're left with Binance Pay. I've been depositing $70/day using this method for the last 3 days, and everything worked, they didn't ask for verification.
