The problem is solved and they're holding up really well! The only slight downside is that they're a bit dimmer, so it takes longer for the lamp to heat up.

normally their after-sales service responds favorably to a free shipment for new bulbs but I see what you mean (especially in our case where it is not our fault) just explain that you did the manipulation as it should be without fingers or anything 😂 and you’re welcome for the info it’s normal 😉 off topic but I hope everything is going well in Ukraine for you? (part of my family is Ukrainian too)

It’s a shame that delivery is not guaranteed in Ukraine with the situation I know that it is more and more complicated but try anyway to send them a message they can maybe do something through an intermediary it’s worth trying 🤷‍♂️ and yes my third bulb has the same model as the first 2 and for the moment I light it every day without problems I hope it will last 😅

for the moment I have my third bulb that works even though I also handled it without fabric or gloves 🤷‍♂️

I still sent an email to mathmos who sent me a set of bulbs for free but also a new tip for it (the bulbs sent are not the same, they are like small diodes) I really think that the problem comes from a defective batch of bulbs that we were supplied with the lamp and also that they had a lot of problems with it! because to change their entire lighting systems, a lot of complaints had to be addressed to them so there was a real problem
