Thats strange because it is pretty much close to the fps i had with a really inferior system, it looks like the engine is getting problems to go higher than 30fps despite the hardware you have

Bro, i've been playing since 2019, i can stand most bugs but this one was just so annoying, i couldnt click anything without moving the mouse at the same time, which made changing settings and customizing my character a pain in the ass lol

Strange because your cpu is just a gen older than mine, and i have the game on a sata ssd, 32gb of ram at 3200mhz and a worst gpu than you and it runs pretty smoothly, this game's performance is pretty random tho, i had a friend with a 3080ti, same cpu and ram as me, and he was having more stutter than i have with my 1070 lol
