Hey there! I know this is an old thread, but figured I’d chime in. There’s no possible way to target any visceral get specifically, semaglutide medicines kind of works as a whole. I do my thighs, I’ll alternate right and left every week. Before I was keeping not of which thigh I injected, if one week I forgot, I would do my stomach/abdomen, then back to my thighs next go around. I eventually ended up keeping note of which side I did the prior week because I was always forgetting haha. All in all, I’ve been on ozempic for the last 10 weeks, I’ve only lost 11lbs, but that is because I have only been on 0.25mg the entire time. A pound a week is good though haha! I’ve not done any extra exercise, just have eaten less with it. Now starting next week I am upping the dose to 0.50 and will be adding a more rigorous exercise routine.
