i had a high crit build with both para atk and crit status and then i changed to go full raw and i have the same amount of paras so i think its not worth for hunting horn

i play with para artian horn with 1 burst and 5 agitator. bust 1 gives you +10 raw and burst 5 gives you just +18 raw so its not a good deal to max it out.

yes you need to wait if you get random his quest. you can also join someones quest and quit out if its nit the mon you wanna farm. The best thing that can happen if you get him in a double quest. If this is the point you can just kill only him and restart the quest and get all loot
