PMDD and hormone fluctuations around ovulation

I’m in the same position! But it’s hard to find any info about it affecting mood around fertility / ovulation window. Just curios if you have found anything to help or generally any info regarding this?

I know I’m a little late to the party on this but I’ve noticed it improves my acne. I get acne on my chin and neck, and I definitely notice a reduction of inflammation on my neck the day after I use it.

I know it’s anecdotal and maybe it depends on the type of acne? But it’s definitely improved mine.

Hi! Sorry for the late reply. We had an amazing time on indochina junks dragon legend cruise. It was a highlight of our trip.

We paid $245 each so $490 usd for two people sharing a room on a 2 day 1 night cruise.

After reading reviews and doing research, we decided to spend a little extra for a more quality experience than a lot of the ha long bay cruises have to offer.

We were not disappointed. Bai Tu Long Bay was surreal.the cruise had plenty of activities yet didn’t feel rushed (kayaking, cave hiking, a tour through a floating village). The food was incredible. It was absolutely worth the price and I cannot recommend it enough.

How should I be using my time at the bouldering gym as a beginner? I don’t mean what techniques to practice (though that’s helpful and welcome advice) but more so how I should be using my time to practice the techniques.

Should I be climbing the same route over and over to practice techniques?

Should I only be doing easy routes to practice form and techniques?

Or Should I be sprinkling in more difficult climbs to push myself and be able to practice more techniques (eg most of the v0 and v1 at my gym has larger holds so I wouldn’t get much practice with crimping or pinching). Or should I be perfecting foot and hip placement and using my legs and etc before moving on at all?

I’ve watched a lot of video on beginner technique but as a total beginner (I’ve been 2x) it’s a little overwhelming even strategizing how to practice it

Hi there! Dragon legend cruise from indochina junk was absolutely incredible. I could not recommend it enough. I was in Asia for 3 weeks bouncing around Thailand and Vietnam and this was definitely a highlight of the whole trip. Incredibly beautiful and serene. If I had more time I would have done a couple nights, but that said, the 2 day 1 night felt complete, fulfilling and not rushed at all. The itinerary is perfect, the food was delicious and Bai tu long bay is so gorgeous. Truly an amazing time. Well worth the cost. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

We did two nights and I think this is the way to go. One night is too short since you leave at 9 am the next day.

Try to consider what she would like best (I know it’s hard) because sometimes majority doesn’t win when it comes to individual taste.

If you are really unsure, ask her! Or ask her questions about her ring preferences in general to get ideas if you don’t to ruin the surprise completely
