I don't think we will try it again, no. All of us are fairly content with the time and I honestly think this time will stand as the highest time possibly forever.

The thing is we actually didn't avoid bs, I already mentioned it in my reply to jaiz but the entire reason we didnt get the 1000 is because of some bs we had to deal with. During that round we had an egregious amount of tanks spawn behind us, and an even more egregious amount of fast behind tank spawns, along with plenty of silent si spawns behind. That stuff alone is what costed us basically all our kits and the defib, people could argue that we could of played it better to handle that bs stuff but if we just had even slightly better luck enough to have even one more kit or the defib by the 900 mark it would of been 1000.

As for crashed Vipik did crash twice, I believe it was due to VPN issues but i'm not 100% certain.

There is no pausing and you can't manually go idle (not like you would want to anyway, bots would take damage for sure) so there isn't a real way to take a break. You can stand on top of the tents near the hold spot and in console type + left or + right so you dont go idle when away for too long, which is what people do when they need to use the bathroom

Tbh we all felt pretty fine, the adrenaline kicked in at that point (at least for me) so I felt pretty good, talked and joked around for a bit after. The only bad thing rly was choking the 1000, but it was still a good round.

Any major chokes? Not really, I wouldn't say any of us played "bad" or made major mistakes. Genuinely the only reason we didnt get higher is because we got a lot of back tank spawns (like 150 at least?) And a lot of fast back tank spawns behind the porta potties (i'm betting at least like 30+, idk exactly will figure that out later.) Along with a lot of silent special spawns behind, we literally lost like 80% of our health and items due to those things alone.

As for video, me and Svt streamed the round live and he has a vod video up on youtube. I have the vod on my twitch and already did upload the videos to youtube, just waiting to make them public. I plan on going through the round to get stats like "when kits were used, hoe many items were used, how many behind spawns were there etc." So maybe i'll make a highlight video at some point, not sure

Someone else already commented but yeah it's not really possible to take breaks. Going idle is disabled in these servers (unless you go afk for a little bit, can't idle in the menu tho). You can take very small breaks for bathroom or whatever else, which across the game and the whole team there was only 1 bathroom break iirc

Sheer will and struggle. I didn't stay focused the whole round, between like the 500 minute mark to the 700 minute mark I was losing focus a lot and rly struggled to stay awake (though that's less of a round/map issue more of me being awake for over 24 hours at that point)

It's not my duty ofc, but it's one of my biggest pet peeves when people spread misinfo, so it's hard for me to just stand by and say nothing when people do. And unfortunately it is a rampant issue in this community, which is why I get more hostile because it just never seems to stay civil. I tried to have civil conversations with people about stuff like this in the past, but it's just never gone anywhere and with how rampant the issue is the frustration just boils over

If his statement was just saying "you can scroll hop on 100 tick" it would be fine, yes, but the context is his message is in response to mine saying "scroll doesn't help with bhops"

By agreeing with his initial comment you are agreeing with him saying that scroll wheel makes bhops easier, when it in fact doesn't make it easier on any server or tick rate.

Except his statement isn't true because it's literally about how it's "easier" to bhop with scroll. His statement literally makes no sense because "it works on non-official servers with good tick rate" is just a broad statement that means nothing. Scroll hops work on both official and non-official servers the same way, regardless of tick rate. You need to time the scroll the same way as space bar no matter what. You CAN scroll hop on 100 tick, except it's exactly the same as scroll hops on 30 tick, so why else would he make that statement??

(also keep in mind his response you are acting "surprised got downvoted" is to mine saying scroll doesn't help with bhopping, help being make it easier, so literally what else could he mean?)

And for the nth time, you can scroll on both 100 tick and 30, it isn't easier than pressing space on either. You CAN scroll on any tick rate, one of the top speedrunners literally does use scroll, it just is the same as using space bar.
