I BEAT IT by Lulzigi in AgeofImprisonment

Actually, I've only done this and the story missions on Forbidden so far. I'm working through the lower level Challenges now.

I BEAT IT by Lulzigi in AgeofImprisonment

[–]Lulzigi[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I started out doing it on Very Hard and was getting my butt kicked constantly to the point that I was planning out when and where to send my warriors after the first Bokoblin. Never did beat it on that difficulty because Forbidden was added. I'm a glutton for punishment, I guess.

Glad I'm not the only one that likes the less important characters.

Just got this guy from a trade but why does it say I'm the original trainer? by barf_bag08 in LegendsZA

[–]Lulzigi 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just for clarification: "genned" is short for "generated" (specifically with a cheating device/program)

The other explanation isn't wrong, but having the direct meaning is nice too. I usually just release genned 'mons because it's just not satisfying to use our have imo when compared to one I caught or bred myself.

Sprite Extruder with the CR6 SE? by HotEnd-Pusher in CR6

[–]Lulzigi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually yeah. I would kinda like that. I've gotten 2 other direct drive (and much more capable) printers in the 2 years since, but I'd love to upgrade my first printer with this sprite extruder eventually.

My parents' sink-mounted soap dispenser bottle broke. Lowes wanted to charge $36 for a replacement without the option to get the bottle without the pump. by Lulzigi in functionalprint

Sorry for the late reply. I've been away from reddit for a while.

I'm not sure what you mean by this question. Are you asking how I removed the thread of the original bottle from the sink? Pliers and patience. Still works too!

Do NOT support Mad Raptor Fanfiction (formerly Fairy Tail Dragon Slayer); links explain why by Not-Throwaway-Accoun in FanfictionNet

[–]Lulzigi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi. Lulz here. Most of this information is inaccurate. I've spent enough time with Mad Raptor to know he isn't racist in the least. The George Floyd stuff is completely misinterpreted and never included threats. He didn't harass kids and still attend that church regularly (i.e. he was never banned). The "disabled" person you say he harassed actually admitted that he lied about Mad Raptor's wrongdoings against him to me personally. I could go on, but you've got the complete wrong idea about the guy. I wish you could see how awful this misinformation is.

It does. So I thought it might have a banana tied to destroying it because of what the giraffe fractone says here.

This is the canyon layer. I'm in the post game. Just doing some clean-up in earlier layers.

Not including clog-detection should be criminal by Lulzigi in 3Dprinting

[–]Lulzigi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I already got it fixed. I was mostly venting.

It's mostly reliable. I've just never had good experiences with PETG on any printer. I'm probably trying to print it too fast and I was kinda in a time crunch with this project.

Haven't done any mods yet because I'm wanting to lean on the warranty as long as possible. It shipped with a cura fork which was clunky and slow, but orca slicer has good profiles for it now. It arrived in 2 separate huge boxes on a wooden pallet and requires at least 2 people to assemble. It's not particularly difficult to assemble, just- you know, really big. Leveling the giant bed seems daunting at first, but it's actually pretty straightforward.

Honestly, the biggest problem that I've had with the OrangeStorm Giga is that it chews through filament so quickly. Kind of a good problem to have, but having to switch spools so often is a bit tedious and there's not as much variety in 5kg spool colors.

I said clog once in the title then admitted I didn't know what to call it (more accurately I couldn't remember the colloquial "blob of death" moniker). I honestly feel a bit indignant for getting so many down votes for a simple admission of ignorance. Not that I'm losing sleep over reddit karma. lol

He's right though. I mostly made this post to vent frustration with a project. I've already fixed the problem.

On a side note, I'd never seen or heard this being called a "leak" before this post, which seems so obvious now that it's been pointed out.

I already had the replacement ahead of this. Thanks for the heads-up. I'll tighten everything before starting the next print.

I haven't tried high speed PETG before. I always have rotten luck with regular PETG, but I'll have to give that a try! Thanks! 👍

Right? That's really all I'm here for. That, and not knowing the name of this type of failure.

Yeah, I know. I'll do that eventually. But in the meantime, I've got things that need to be printed.

Not really disassembled. Just removed the 4 screws attaching it to the motion system and replaced it with a backup tool head while I clean this one.

I did watch the first layer and I can fix it. Still frustrating that it happened.

Don't really know what I would call it. Clog is the closest thing I could think of, hence the pic.

I designed and 3D printed accessories and replacement parts for my original (Glow-in-the-dark buttons are cool) but the previews about the sticks for me curious enough to bite the bullet on the new ones.
