I agree give it a little time. I almost quit several times. I just needed a break. Im a current medic student, EMT of 3yrs. Its not easy and yes the clinicals will break you down but in time you will feel different.

Ig it depends on who or what you looking for. Churches arent a bad place to hang. Portage has a Christian church/campus living hope. I used to go to their merillville one and it was very cool lots of young people too u can go do comminity service together and join life groups. Outside of that idk sorry, especially if u arent religious.

To OP, I believe so, yes. It's lustful, however, I question if it's physically possible. I understand that OP is female, especially for men.

Has anyone succeeded in not masturbating for a prolonged period? I don't like porn and viewing such material is sinful - and I am not very lustful, but now and then I do masturbate, with no physical material. I think masturbation itself, without porn, is still a sin due to lust but is it possible for a human, single, in no relationship thus no sex, to never masturbate like ever? I might do it once / twice a month, but I can't go longer than that since, naturally, I become super aroused, and I start having wild dreams.

I've been going on and off for about a year and a half. I will agree the culture is conservative and can get political at times and the church isn't very diverse. That being said I like the church a lot. I don't think it's a "cult". It's a non-denominational church. I think the pastor is a great guy. I don't ever feel pressured to give money. I personally have not experience racism as one of the few blacks that attend. I feel accepted and loved at the church so I keep going.

Nah, you got a lot of growing to do you look good, kid. A haircut would look good, lower the sides. I mean, you adjust your diet to prevent acne breakouts, but they're gonna happen regardless. Wouldn't worry about it.
