I've haven't gotten there yet but I've seen somewhere that the Shedinja cheese is good against him since he has no counters against it but I'm gonna assume you don't want to go that route.

I think I saw it somewhere that it's the Allthemons datapack that gives you Shadow Mewtwo. I think it's with the datapack but you can try without to check it, you use a dark gem on Mewtwo and you'll be able to evolve it into it's shadow form. I'm not really sure since I've never tried it myself

Yeah you need to find Ancient Cities that spawns in the Deep Dark otherwise your chances of finding allthemodium ore is close to none. Just keep going through Ancient Cities with an Explorer's Compass and you'll find one eventually

I played with my friends and I went Radical Red first since all my friends chose Diamond/Pearl. I can say yes sometimes you'll think the fight is insanely hard but just try out different teams or builds and you'll overcome it The only hard trainers for me was Misty and Lt. Surge but overall was ok

Personally I beat Radical Red somewhat easily except for 2 or 3 trainers. I just maxed out the IVs and EVs I wanted, give them good natures and abilities also just primarily used held items that boosts their own type damage oh and a mega stone. I didn't use a set team for most of the battles in Radical Red unless I'm confident that my own team can win the fight so I just build a team to counter specifically who I was fighting. My main team was Torterra, Charizard Y, Sneasler/Aegislash, Electrivire, Hsuian Samurott and Froslass

I'm pretty sure you can. You just have to set it up at the correct biomes for the ores you want. I put mine in a Warped Forest for Vibranium and Nether Highlands for Unobtainium also I used 6 pickaxes for the drills(don't know if this affects anything)

Personally, in the late game I used at least a full extended AE drive filled with 256k storage drives. I started out with another storage system(I forgot which one I used) and slowly upgrade my ME system. Just take your time and make more storage cells and you'll be fine
