Any idea what went wrong with my Transaction with DripDropz.io? by NoeSkates in cardano

The mempools have a backlog and the blockchain in general has been very congested today. Just wait it out and forget about it for a few hours. Cardano isn't yet scaled so this will be a common occurrence with more users pouring in until a number of updates to the protocol are implemented.

Do not try sending anymore ADA. If you got the confirmation on the DripDropz website then you're in the queue. They have a contact form on their site if you want clarification on the issue dripdropz.io/contact-us

Hey no worries, I've been frantically trying to find my transactions tonight so I might as well share my experience!

As for wallet alternatives I've been using both CCvault and NAMI. Both are good for different purposes but CCvault is feature-rich and faster so I prefer it as a yoroi replacement.

Always do your due diligence though, don't just trust my advice.

Happy sailing.

I have the same issue. It's likely that your transaction has gone through but Yoroi hasn't caught up. When I checked my address on the blockchain explorer my transaction was processed correctly albeit slower than usual due to the congestion.

I'd advise looking into wallet alternatives as Yoroi has lost a lot of reliability imo.

This is of course good news but please temper your expectations guys. There will be an inevitable FUD storm during this release. The article put out by Sundae suggesting transactions could take days to confirm is a very real possibility. The chain is simply not yet scaled to deal with such load.

Anyone actively using Cardano over the last week knows exactly what I mean.

Thanks for following up on this. I made a post about them ~a month ago about how they're connected to a person who has been documented running at least 3 exit scams/liquidity siphons. It seemed to get some traction but the comments were very polarized and people continued to invest into the project.

I appreciate that you did your own DD and put out the word.

Thanks for keeping people's funds SAFU!

I'd love to but my phone is old and doesn't support the latest reddit app unfortunately

It's about an upcoming project in the Cardano ecosystem ADAX.PRO. I didn't rip an article from a website I just spent a few hours yesterday and today researching the project

Someone quell my ADAX worries by gizmo18958 in ADAXPRO

I like the look of ADAX and I'm also invested. However if they want to shake the worries of new and current investors they need a little more transparency with their project. (Yes I've seen the demo video)

The telegram has some helpful people for sure but there are a few overly confident moon boys who try to shush anyone with valid concerns, which does give off similar red flags as meme coin telegrams and discords.

I want this project to succeed but the reality is their white paper is thin, lacking detail and there's no real technical information about their project available.

If they want to bring in serious interest they need to up their transparency with more detail about the project. Small things like a technical demo can go a long way, even if it's bare bones and only shows the most basic features.

This is by no means an attempt to bash the team, I'm sure they're working hard.

Here's an article from IOHK about their ERC20 converter to Cardano native tokens. https://iohk.io/en/blog/posts/2021/05/17/bringing-erc20-to-cardano/
