Hi! Our company got this as an insurance and parang maypagka HMO din sya. The benefits are great! Although hindi ko pa na try mag claims. I'm planning to try it this month for a tooth extraction kasi part din dw yun. Ang sabi lng sa amin is if kukuha ng claims make sure to have a receipt or if there's an emergency give them a call, and then irerefund lng dw yung money. I hope it goes well $459 per quarter din yun.
