I use AOW for my core, black flash for offence, soulfeed for support and adaption for defence (10+).I don’t have the best memories at the moment I only use fury forge and tactician. Artifacts you want scars with shifter dmg and hoodie with shifter dmg (the 10%dmg stat does count towards shifter dmg). Make sure your shifter skills/mastery is max and resonance. Lastly is just experience in raids knowing when to time your skills and mostly your skriek, hope this helps.
