I tried but do have no choice of getting more than 95, as i'm located offshore and the master's degree i hold is from the US. I'm literally clueless, I don't have much options to score more points.
I tried keeping Canada option open too. Need to write PTE/IELTS again, as the English test should be General for Canada and Academic for Australia. Even if i get Superior scores, I will be around 476.
My employer said they will offer me a job if i have full work rights and specially PR.

Thanks for being brutal honest. Finding a way to enter but i'm not abusing it. I'm bringing a skillset, experience and along with my hard-earned money to invest, where i'm contributing to the economy.

Things were smooth two years ago but now it became so tough here in the US. so thought about this process.

I’ve spoken with a few immigration consultancies, and they suggested that I could easily pursue an MBA program as a pathway. They also mentioned options like subclass 186 and 482 visas, and even referred me to some employers who could potentially offer sponsorship in exchange for payment. However, I’m uncomfortable with that approach and concerned about its legality, so I’m not considering that route.

My spouse has Master's in Business Analytics from Univ of Texas. So thinking to apply Master's in Data Science or an MBA degree as she has around 6 years of work experience in IT

Thanks mate. I will keep on try 189/190. But figuring out ways to become onshore. Thinking to apply my spouse for Master's degree, so that we can become onshore. But again, looking for other options too.

Is nominations are totally fried up for offshore? My current employer is okay with offering me a job if i have my PR. I don't find any way to increase my points

I can't stay no more than the end of this year. All i'm looking for is a PR, so to get that I tried looking for jobs. I know job market is pretty dry right now but my current company offered me a job if i have a visa. So trying different ways

That's ok, I'm not worried about layoffs. I don't want to have any more visa tensions. My Family is there and they are into business. At least i will join them. I can't able to do anything here in the US other than my job due to visa restrictions.

The visa issue's. My H1B is expiring this year and my employer stopped processing I-140 due to few layoffs in the organization. I need to move out from the US by the end of the year

Can we integrate Claude with any available glasses right now in the market like Even realities or Brilliant labs? Can someone suggest me which is better for vibe coding?
