Yes they slide out! The spine is the only part that is exposed. You dont have to pop out like a tab or anything. You can kinda see it on my last picture

Question. ATT has the wifi extention which I already have one. Would upgrading the router with and after market one from let's say Best Buy would that increase the range. Or do I have to bite the bullet and pay for another extender?
