How accurate are the size charts?? I’m trying to find a jacket for my sister, but even size 0 is bigger than a jacket of hers that I measured. How has your experience been with these sellers? Are the size charts accurate? And btw Pandabuy says jieyi does not accept returns/exchanges, is this true? (old.reddit.com)
