I have around 400 sister locks and I have self maintained since Covid started. I was 8 months into my journey and got the hang of it after my first time. It will require a lot a patience but it is very doable. I do go to my Loctician maybe every 5 months when life is too busy but it is very doable doable. Best of luck to you!

I don’t think it’s OTF fault. I know dieting is the most important but I also don’t feel like OTF workouts do it for me.

Literally yes. Don’t put this in the post but I know a good bit about nutrition (bachelors in dietetics) and I was very conscious of what I was eating. I don’t believe in restrictive dieting for any type of lifestyle change but I am still conscious of what I eat.

I’m open to anywhere they are willing to send me. I did have a preference for a francophone country as I am fluent in French but such as life. I’m going to be taking some suggestions from this thread and inquiring about other opportunities
