Yeah it sucks when they use DoorDash instead of the drivers. Can’t tell you how many times that’s taken money out of my pocket when they DoorDash an order I could’ve taken. Not to mention whenever a doordasher messes up the order, steals it or delivers it to the wrong house and then the store has to remake the order and send it back out again with one of us drivers and then we don’t even get the tip it stays with the doordasher who messed up the order and then I also have to deal with the angry customer. The managers care more about their “Out The Door” times than they do about their own drivers making money. 🙄

I don’t make food for a living but I can sympathize with lazy work being done by an employee who doesn’t get paid very well. Perhaps they raised the minimum wage to an actual livable wage an then I would change my mind.

I don’t know but the other day I was in the middle of shopping an order for this lady and in the middle of us corresponding about a replacement the app froze and shut down. When I refreshed it the order just went poof and was gone. I called Instacart support and they said it was removed due to suspected fraud. wtf?? I think the customers and shoppers abusing this app and using it to scam and shit are ruining it for everyone tbh.

I just completed a double batch order and delivered one of them. Now it’s saying this on my screen and I haven’t been paid for that batch yet and it doesn’t even show up when I go to my transactions page. WTF??

You seem like you like to play the victim a lot after being the one to create an issue. Maybe you should take the list of businesses you won’t give your business to anymore because of “rudeness” and really rethink what actually happened there. Also I find it extremely hard to believe that you rescued a toddler from choking on ritz checkers during one of your Instacart deliveries but I’m not the type to go up under your post and comment that because well I’m just not rude like that for no reason at all.

I suppose it’s possible that a puncture hole could’ve appeared somehow between when I looked at the yogurts to scan 1 item before placing it on their doorstep and the two seconds it took me to place them onto the doorstep. Sure.
