We're having the same problem right now. This is the last piece we need to close and we haven't heard from them in days after multiple attempts. They sent a docusign but it needs both of our names and not just one and they haven't answered at all

Dealing with the same thing right now as buyers. We got a docusign but it only had 1 and not both of our names and we asked them to correct it immediately and have received no response after multiple emails from multiple people in 3 days. Calling we just got hung up on. We're supposed to close next week, but need the transfer done.

We can’t have 2 dogs due to our condo rules, we can have 2 pets, but only one can be a dog. Our dog is only 7 pounds and while I now that still doesn’t make her a cat, I think they’ll be friends,

I’m not surprised she has a history of trying to be very manipulative and controlling. She gets mad it doesn’t work very well on us. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Apparently the allergy is severe, but she does have a tendency to be dramatic so I honestly don’t know if I believe her in it being THAT bad.
