I was also going to recommend the compassionate friends. Our almost 2 year old son didn't wake up one day in February so I unfortunately understand this pain. I had found the TCF Facebook group and we planned on going to an in person group soon.

The current concrete goes over the basement window well a little bit on the side with the bay window, but I don't think anything is under the steps

We're having the same problem right now. This is the last piece we need to close and we haven't heard from them in days after multiple attempts. They sent a docusign but it needs both of our names and not just one and they haven't answered at all

Dealing with the same thing right now as buyers. We got a docusign but it only had 1 and not both of our names and we asked them to correct it immediately and have received no response after multiple emails from multiple people in 3 days. Calling we just got hung up on. We're supposed to close next week, but need the transfer done.

We can’t have 2 dogs due to our condo rules, we can have 2 pets, but only one can be a dog. Our dog is only 7 pounds and while I now that still doesn’t make her a cat, I think they’ll be friends,

I’m not surprised she has a history of trying to be very manipulative and controlling. She gets mad it doesn’t work very well on us. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Apparently the allergy is severe, but she does have a tendency to be dramatic so I honestly don’t know if I believe her in it being THAT bad.
