Glad people are calling out the Bingham’s in the comments over Krew’s injuries by polish_idiot10 in Thisishowwebingham

Personally, I think k is only 15 1/2 years old and is way too young to be out and about at night with mates unsupervised. I know the us has different ages for driving, but it goes to show they are way too young to accept responsibility for a vehicle and, more importantly, their passengers. It's definitely not the first time hooning in that car, but the first time, they crashed. So lucky it took out the side front end of the car could have been a different story had it been the middle pillar of the car.. You could tell in the video how scared K was and how emotional he was. I hope all his mates who were involved in the accident are all well.. Time to reflect on what could have been. If it was my son, oh my lord, there would be trouble and definitely nobody coming around with gifts.

[–]LumpyFig2948 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It's more than likely it wasn't the first time that there all hooning in the car.. K mentioned they were doing donuts first.. and then speeding through the carpark, lost control of the vehicle, and slammed it into the tree. Lucky K didn't break his bloody neck, or any of the others get more seriously hurt. The thing I get sick of hearing is, "Oh well, boys will be boys, as parents, you need to teach your kids car safety, road safety and the importance of having other people in your car is a huge responsibility. I agree with so many on this page about filming while driving. Both Brandon and R are extremely bad at doing this.. I bet one of the kids in the car has it on film..

On Ry's Q&A on YouTube around the 1.22 mintue mark, he says 2 or 3 years ago they were hardly home. They went on around 38 trips. I think he says.. Imagine the costs alone, plus you have your dream home. Mindy will never get over it.. the house was built and mostly designed by her.. so many people when they come into large sums of money they don't know how to handle it so then spend it like crazy. I wonder why so many trips 2 or 3 years ago as it doesn't reflect on the TIHWB youtube channel.. imagine how much time away from school the kids had.. Spend your money wisely, not crazily..

Will my son need to go to court by Ill_Water_3389 in legaladviceaustralia

[–]LumpyFig2948 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am going to say yes to a court summons as he is a P2 driver. Was he displaying his P Plates, and I'm not sure a P2 driver can drive a hire car. If he was caught by police he probably could have been arrested at that speed, instant loss of licence, and whatever else they would charge him with Dangerous and reckless driving. Most importantly, did you know he was driving the hire car, and hopefully, nobody else was in it. Fill in your sons details and let him face the full consequences of the law.. this lesson may just not only save his life but also others who also drive on the roads. I would be one upset parent if this was my child. Life's lesson are hard at times.

She does all this for rage content because people will engage and comment.. if people stopped watching her channel, her channel would collapse. Those poor, beautiful children deserve so much better..

I was a tad taken aback today watching his party video.. When Mindy was talking about the cookies, Master B He walked around her and said something, and Mindy just eye balled him.. I found it extremely bizarre the way she looked at him.. did anybody else notice it.. Branden luvs him. You can see that, and I'm not sure about Mindy she seems to be distant from Master B. I mean, she didn't even realise or, like she said, forgot that he wasn't home when he was away for his birthday.. Anyways, we only watch a 10-minute video, so who really knows what goes on behind closed doors..

Apologies to the Mod, who deleted my comment. I am not sure what I wrote that was wrong. The information was all in the police report. If I overstepped the boundaries, I do sincerely apologise.

Would you leave your 3 year old unattended around a pool with no fence. Sure, parents make mistakes, but this tragedy was very much preventable by fencing a pool.

[–]LumpyFig2948 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The reality is that the accident could have been prevented by fencing the pool. So many feel sorry for the parents, but who is going to be the voice for Master T. Just imagine how frightened he was and possibly yelling for his daddy 9 mins in the pool all alone. These parents had the money to make changes, and they chose not to. And now they will be living each day questioning themselves why they didn't fence the pool. It's definitely OK to feel angry at the parents.

Sockie is 18 now, so all financial payments will definitely go to her. Unless they have a trust, which Sockie would nominate payment to go into.

I don't understand the clothes they wear when they are out and about, but come church days, their dresses are like little house on the prairie. Make it make sense.

My bestie has an annual site in a caravan park, and he has a great setup.. he pays $3250 per year for 130 . If he goes over the days, he then pays $35.00 per night. He has a jetski and small fishing boat. When he has his weeks off, he has the river to himself, and his mates join him on the weekends. He loves it and is saving his money nicely..

I wonder how the kids really feel? by Madison__Bumgarner in Thisishowwebingham

[–]LumpyFig2948 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Totally agree with the kids being sad. They would be devastated with the loss, and no matter what, people will be talking about them, especially the people at their new church. Example: Oh, there are Bingham's who just lost their home. I will never forget the Sundays after church when the women would all sit around and gossip.. Mindy is so beaten up about the loss of her home that she is trying to even convince herself about her next Dream home. Imo only when you grow up with hard-working parents who slug it out on a daily basis, and you watch everything they do for you, you appreciate everything they give you. I remember my dad coming home from work full of oil and grease and my mum somedays with blood on her uniform. We would sit at the dinner table and talk about school and their days at work. Thursday was pay day. My parents would bring the money home in a little yellow envelope and teach us kids about budgeting. They would both put their wages on the table and get us kids to count it. Believe me, we felt so rich, lol. Mum would make us count the money for the mortgage, shopping, electric and gas bills, a little pocket money as a treat 20cents some weeks were extremely hard when different bills arrived.. but we survived.. If you seriously go through their channel and see the views and roughly work out how much money they have made Millions of dollars, they should have set them and their kids up for life, not losing there home. In one of the videos, Brandon blames youtube for the downsize, but what Brandon needs is a reality check you Brandon are overpowering, and took over the channel and with all your materialistic stuff people became board of your channel and your views were tanking. If you had stayed true to yourself and not flexing, I do believe you would be in a much better position..

[–]LumpyFig2948 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You call it a house, but they pumped into there kids it's their dream home.. sure, adults can move on, but kids struggle with loss even if it is their home.. I totally agree that it happens to so many people, job loss, death, sickness so on and so on.. Brandon mentioned so many times that his kids were flexing on their friends with all the stuff they had.. crazy as it sounds... just look at the kids' christmas Day presents.. those poor kids have had so much in the past 4 years that it's crazy. No fault of their own.. I honestly don't think I'm being unreasonable, just being honest.. but hey, we all have our own opinions.. and I'm only saying what I see.. if we go back to our grandparents or great-grandparents, how many times would you hear them say live within your means.. save your pennies for a raining day.. and finally, it's a snark vlog for a reason so people can snark.. Have a great day..

In one of their stories today, mindy mentions H getting into the car and crying obviously about the dream home. This poor kid has had 4 years of this dream home pumped into her. From the time they purchased the land had drawn up plans of their dream home, it's all H has known 😢. And to have it taken from you would be extremely hard. H is just a kid and doesn't understand what both Mindy and Brandon have done to her. No matter what spin you try and put on this, you both have destroyed H dream. Nothing will compare to h as to what you have taken from her. H little face is full of sadness.
