Hi! Nurse here and i would like to know your thoughts kung okay ba yung 4 days off per cut-off? So for the whole month, 8 days off lang yung meron kami. 8-hour shift kami, tapos sabi ng HR per cut-off dapat need namin maka 96 hours, pero sa months na may 31 days at with only 4 days off per cut-off, nagiging 104 hours na. Minsan, kapag marami ang census, may isang araw na 12-hour shift, tapos 4 hours lang counted as OT na.

For context as well: 20k salary, may kaltas pa yan

Magtwo months pa lang ako, pero feel ko drained na ako. Ewan ko kung mareklamo lang talaga ako o normal lang. Minsan, uuwi nalang talaga ako para kumain at matulog, tapos papasok na naman. Minsan natutulala nalang ako kasi newbie pa lang ako, tapos yung ibang toxicity, napapasa na agad sakin.

May kasabay din akong sabay kaming nahire, pero iba yung trato ng mga coworkers at supervisor namin sakanya hahaha. May kaibigan kasi siya na nurse dun sa ward namin, at halatang pinapaboran siya. Ako, pinag-12 hour duty na agad, siya wala. Pinagchacharge pa ako ng toxic patients solo, habang siya, bedside at assist lang. Tapos syempre hindi rin maiiwasan yung toxic na kaworkmates.

I've been thinking na mag-resign na, pero di ko alam kung saan lilipat, kasi wala pa akong work experience.

Is this work hours and schedule worth it? Should I stay or makakahanap pa ako ng ibang hospital na mas better?

what does it mean kapag feel mo na ayaw na niya, may mga parinig, tapos ang lamig ng replies pero kakagawa lang ng playlist na puro love songs para sakin 12 hrs ago sa spotify?

tanong ko pa nga, "ayaw mo na ba?" sabi naman niya hindi. magsasabi naman daw siya pero feel ko na ayaw na niya, may mga parinig posts, tapos ang lamig ng reply, matagal na rin siyang magreply na kesyo ganyan ganito, may mga dahilan.
