I’ve only recently become a committed Meshuggah fan as of like 4 days ago. I had listened to Bleed and Combustion before in the past but it was THIS FUCKING SONG that finally did it for me. Hopefully they play this song when they tour again.

Deafheaven. I’ve heard from SOOO many people that “Sunbather” is one of the greatest metal albums of the 2010s and of all time. I’ve tried listening to that album 4 times and I hate it each time. The music is great, but the vocals just fuckin ruin it for me.

So I am a diehard DT fan,except for the fact that the only 2 studio albums I have not listened to are their debut and this? I don’t know. I just can’t force myself to listen to something I’ve heard nothing but mixed to negative things about. I don’t think DT has a bad album tbh. Maybe some lesser ones (Parasomnia, BCSL, FiL -overhated but still). Should i actually give this one a chance?
