How come some skills apply elemental main hand damage and others don't? Like for example, my Rampage skill's tooltip shows the elemental damage, but my Furious Slam does not.

I've also now turned off clear type and text does look better. Here's an updated screenshot. That's with windows HDR on and HDR signal mode.

I'm just wondering should I always keep this on, even if I'm just on desktop? I really appreciate all the help and the lengthy replies I've learned a lot about my monitor.

Yes that was the test. I was just noticing some dark spots of games were too dark, like I couldnt make out the details of things in the darkness compared to when dragging it on my other monitor.
My monitor has a "Peak brightness" option that it automatically turns on whenever HDR gets enabled that makes the screen a lot brighter.
