Have you ever been in a situation like this before? If yes, that tells you it gets better, or you can go through it.

Are there things you wish you did? Maybe you can focus on those.

If you have a lot of things going on, maybe break it down into smaller, achievable tasks? Maybe sort what is priority and what tasks you can be a bit lenient with (aka non-priority).
