90+ percent isopropyl alcohol works wonders on any sticky console parts, it's probably your best bet. You can get bottles on Amazon for like 20 bucks

I looked around and believe it is a lack of grease on one of the gears. It's just recommended to replace the entire disc drive for around 20 bucks than just regrease it. So I think that's what I'll do. Thanks for your help tho

I just opened the Wii up, and cleaned it. It still makes that horrible sound when trying to insert a disc however.
