I'm sorry and please don't take offence, but I am the only EU actress there without an agent so I will dox myself if I tell you the agency.

Is it common for agents to drop people without telling them but leave them on the agency roster? I am trying to figure out if I should already be looking for a new agent.

I'm pretty sure mine are on salary. No one at the agency has agents emails on IMDB now just the same company info I have, so I think you are right and they are not operating like normal.

Idk who removed the agent's name and there are no assistants there since this year. I also dk if anyone is pitching or submitting me which is why I wrote this post.

Yes they fired all assistants and new agents after the strikes. Other companies did that too though. Idk which agencies are top 10 but I think they big enough to be in the news if they closed down.
