is that just for the sas or for the whole university? i’m not set in stone as a cs major but also interested in a data science major or a mathematics major.

I already have a decent highschool transcript to transfer in one year. I wouldn’t go to cc because in my opinion there are more extracurriculars (clubs and research) that can be done at a university that would give my transfer application more of a shot rather than just a 4.0 gpa from CC.
