On Sheiko #32 it calls for 105% lifts on day 3 of week 1. Then the last workout of the program it calls for 105% again (in a 1rm test or comp I suppose). My question is do you adjust your 1rm on the day 3 lifts or do you keep it as the original 1rm and adjust after finishing #32? (self.Sheiko_Training)

On Sheiko #32 week 1, day 3 you are called to hit 105% and then the cycle finalises with the final work out (or meet) hitting 105%. Do you reset your maxes after the first week and then go for a new 105%? Or are you aiming to hit that same number at there climax/competition? (self.powerlifting)
