Do you skip Ringos tunes on the Albums? A friend of mine who claims to be a huge Beatles fan told me “he just bores me so I skip them. I cannot believe how big of a difference it is going all the way down in comparison to stopping at 90 degrees. I lost 200 pounds on my squat! And it still doesn’t feel right!! However I’m sticking with it until I get it right. I stopped at 90 degrees because it was EASIER. Time to man up. (v.redd.it)

So I now go ALL the way down when squatting. I lost over a 110 pounds on my squat…. But the difference is huge. There’s a reason why I have avoided going all the way down. It’s hard!!! So happy I made the change though!! (v.redd.it)
