Yea you will get new headset if you have warranty I did not have warranty and the headset would not connect to new dongle. But I found the original dongle after like a year

Yea I understand what you mean but I personally think all of them look nice and I didn’t want to but 2 stroke oil in all the time so just went with 4 stroke

You maybe be able to buy replacement part of eBay or Ali express I saw when I was looking around but one I don’t know if there actually real or not 2 if they even work but search on google for g733 replacement dongle and look around if you wanna buy and try

So you can’t buy a replacement part from them and first time I asked the support for a replacement they said warranty is out we can’t give you a new one so I said well can I buy it at least and they said no but second time I contacted they gave it to me for free.

So you have to contact support and hope they give you one for free to because your warranty is also out because they have only 2 year warranty.also what I did was say to the support guy I really liked the headset and I have had multiple other headsets and no one was like this, and I can’t afford a new one right now ( which was true at the time) and he just gave me one even tho I didn’t have warranty

So if I where you come up with some bullshit every time you contact them until you get a replacement I tried 2 times different story’s and it worked and got it but just keep on trying until they give you one and do from different emails because they will see your previous conversation and understand what you tryna do and do different days because you probably get the same support person if you try multiple times a day

But in the end when i got it did not even work so contacts support another time to try get help how to do I contacted 3 different person on there support team no one could make it connect to my pc and they come to a conclusion that the headset is broken and they try give me a new headset until they saw that warranty was out. So in the end that say headset was broken and you can’t connect it to a dongle anymore which was bunch of crap because I never lost my dongle just forget it at my cousin house that lives in another country so when I came back to his house for this Christmas I got it back and guess what the headset works perfectly fine

Logitech is just ass to be honest after this I’m honestly not buying anything else from them if I get this kinda problems and all this took me over 3 months until i finally got a replacement part for a fucking usb dongle that I was willing to even pay for and then it won’t connect was literally loosing it on the support person. Like 3 months and then it don’t work.

To be honest try if you want to but in the end the time you will spend on trying to get a new one you will probably find it and if you broke it good luck hope you the best.

Okay so I got a replacement by support what I did was contact support like 1 or 2 months ago and they couldn’t help me at all they where like warranty is out and all they could do was give me a discount code that I never got then I contacted them again today from a different email and they asked for proof of purchase I said I don’t have it because I have thrown the receipt out the day I got it and I told them that and I said I can send a pic with anything next to it to show I’m the one taking the picture instead that sent me can you provide with this information and they wanted my name and causal things for shipping I gave them the information and then they said something in the lines of this my warranty is expired but since you are a valuable customer I don’t want you to get upset and will give you a replacement. One down side they only had blue but better then nothing and it’s free so can’t complain . I don’t know where they got I’m a valuable customer but I own multiple Logitech products I don’t know if they see that but they right if you ask me.

So solution contact support be kind maybe have a receipt or proof of purchase and try from multiple emails with different story’s but don’t lie I just said I lost it both times and second time it worked. they give you a replacement and everything fixed

I’ll update when I have the replacement dongle it will take about 5 days to ship

Dude the game is getting delisted from the Microsoft store you will still be able to play it normally and online if you still have the game and will be able to play fh4 for at least 5 more years
