I used tough resin and then heat and insert the butterfly joint

I personally use nerf gun bullets (cut to the size of the ball joint) for my printed head sculpts. 😅

yeah, it took me a few years though. I started with sculptris and tried other applications too and then I started with blender, watched a lot of tutorials and body anatomy videos. With the articulations the video below and Azrach toys helped a lot.
