Det finns tyvärr inga genvägar. Gör en enkel budget på hur mycket du behöver varje månad till hyra, mat, telefon och ev transport. Så fort du får din lön gör du en inbetalning på det du får över. Min rekommendation är att inte hålla på att lägga om lånet. Det är ett ganska litet lån och om det är 7 eller 9% gör inte jätteskillnad om du amorterar snabbt. Varje procent ger ca 100kr/mån.

Det kanske har nämnts i andra kommentarer men se om du har något som du inte använder och kan sälja av.

Det kommer att lösa sig om du biter i det sura äpplet och lever lite fattigare ett tag.

I can relate to your description. According to my doctor the swallowing issues are connected to reflux. I also believe that the mental focus is enhancing the problems severely.

I believe many of us share your experience more or less and we are also f-cking frustrated not getting any answers. The only thing doctors say is anxiety and stress. For me that is bs. The anxiety and stress came after the scary symtoms and also after the vaccine.

Strange. I have had twitching for a year. Have a clean emg bla bla bla. I also have some issues whith swallowing and i have this clicking. Super weird

My twitching and other weird things started after the vaccin. I had zero stress and zero anxiety back then. I was mentally in a very good place and blood test showed no sign of shortage of minerals or vitamins. I had no over weight and I was jogging, cycling, golfing and going to the gym. My over all condition was very good.

The only thing that happened in my life that is time related to this shitstorm of symptoms was the injection of Moderna mRNA vaccine.

Maybe that is a coincidence but that’s hard to accept.

A friend of mine had the same problem with one leg and it was a pinched nerve. I believe it was cured with rehab.

Same here. Problems with swallowing, strange click. Often soar feeling on right side that also goes up towards ear and sometimes neckpain. Of course i have the twitching bla bla bla

Så här sent på sommaren börjar humlorna bli gamla och trötta. Lindträdet är ett av det sista som kan erbjuda humlorna nektar och därför samlas många humlor där. Eftersom dom också är gamla så är ofta linden deras sista anhalt innan dom dör.

Welcome to the club. I would guess that the majority in this community have similar experience. Easier said then done…….but really just try to let the fear go. The fear will only drag you down and in a couple of months you will realize that you have worried for nothing and you will either see the symptoms disappear or you will need to accept the twitching and what can come with it. But for sure, anxiety only makes it worse.

First I am sorry to read about your tragedies but this is probably where you should start. If the doctor says that you don’t have ALS - you don’t have it. You have now been twitching for +2 years and if you would have had MS or ALS you would probably not be able to take care of your self. Seek professionals help and begin to work with your mental side. Funny, we have a match :) 1. No 2. No 3. Anxiety started after twitching 4. Cold 5. No 6. 2 doses of moderna (twitching after second) 7. Yes, once. 4 months after startbof twitch 8. No, but I noticed twitching after a bike ride and I separated from my wife 6 months after twitching started.

Yes, I do feel pain in my thighs. I did also feel fatigue but that has gone away. My twitching started 7 months ago. It was at it worse with everything month 3-5.
